Our fully furnished house is available for rent from January - May 2019 (start and end dates negotiable). The house is a fully detached 4BR, 2BA, with one bedroom currently furnished as a study/library for two. The house has an eat-in kitchen, large living room with drop-leaf dining table, hardwood floors throughout, and two fenced yards (front and back).
The house is currently furnished for our small family, but could work well, or be rearranged, for single adults to share, with or without children.
Utilities include gas oven, washer and dryer, microwave, and central heat/air conditioning. The house is in the Fry's Spring neighborhood, has 3-4 parking spaces and a bus stop across the street, and is conveniently located for UVA, Food Lion, and the Wegmans/5th St shopping center.
