We are looking for a roommate, for 1-3mos, (flexible) someone who is: friendly, professionally-engaged, vegetarian (at least at home), clean and a considerate communicator.
The room available is one of the 3+ on the 2nd floor, on the front of the house- which is on a super friendly, quiet street. It is ~9x12ft and has a big westward window. It is furnished.
The house was built in 1911, is really beautifully maintained and has a majestic redwood in the backyard (with an awesome deck)
We are close to many bus lines (including transbay to embarcadero), are ~1mile from N Berkeley Bart; we have street parking.
We are easy-going and are looking to have a friendly relationship with our roommate, knowing about the goings-on in each other's lives and helping each other out when possible.
We are in our mid 30s, and love things like basketball, hiking, bicyles, dancing, practicing yoga and meditation. Room is available July 1, rent is $1300/mo,+uti (just one person pls) ashennessy@gmail.com
