Room for rent in Somerville
We own a large, beautiful 4-bedroom condo on the 2nd and 3rd floors, in a quiet bus- and T-accessible neighborhood near Ball Square and Davis Square (95 Pearson Avenue #2 in Somerville). We are subletting a room in the condo (the only bedroom on the second floor) for the next year, as soon as we find someone appropriate. We are open to lengths of stay for 9months to a year and 3 months starting anytime this summer. You will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a bathroom (all furnished). We have a new laundry machine, dryer, dish washing machine, and new stove as well as a backyard (perfect for hanging out in the summertime)!
We have two well-behaved cats, and a 15 month old daughter, so you must be ok with cats and a real small kid in the common spaces. The rent would be 850 per month, and this includes all utilities and internet, storage space in the basement, and a parking space in our driveway.
