Looking for NYC apt/house for Fall semester 2015 - to rent or to swap with house in LONDON
Hello!
I am a researcher at the London School of Economics (LSE) and will be in NYC with my family doing research for the fall semester 2015. We have 2-year-old twins.
We are looking for a 2+ bedroom house/apartment/condo/duplex/you name it for about 3-4 months from roughly September through December 2015. We are flexible on dates so can potentially work around the dates of whomever we would be renting from.
We are ideally looking for:
- Somewhere in Brooklyn, or Manhattan, (near to transport and stuff for kids preferably)
- Something on a low floor or in a building with an elevator
- Something with 2 individual bedrooms + ideally a desk or work space
- If second bedroom had 2 small beds/some similar kind of configuration for children that would be great. We can look into buying something ourselves if there’s space to put it (i.e. if there is currently one bed in the second bedroom).
We are responsible professionals who will look after your house with love and care.
We can pay advance rent + bills + security deposit if needed. My mother and sister both live locally so could come see/discuss in person.
We will be leaving our lovely 2.5 bedroom house in south London (near Brixton) for the semester so we are open to a swap if by some random coincidence that is of interest!
