edited May 2014 in General
I´m a professor at the university and have two rooms available for rent for one person each, in Lima, Peru. It´s located 5 minutes to Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). The house is one block from two parks. There is a main avenue two blocks away and you can suscribe to a gym around the corner. Crossing the main avenue there is a mall with all kind of services and business, but our home´s street is peaceful and not crowdy. Our home has a nice inner terrace and garden. We are three people living there: two adults and an eight years old girl, plus two really friendly dogs.

One room is 9m² (96.88 ft²) and the other one is 12m² (129.17 ft²) large. Each one has good light with a big window, closet, bed, desk, sofa, bookshelf. The bathroom is shared and has a hot water shower. There is a cable-TV room for share too. The house has WiFi signal for all the area. Guests may have access to other areas of the house.

Rent includes: accomodation and utilities (electricity, water, WiFi, cableTV, room cleaning, bedsheets and towels ) and food from Monday to Saturday (breakfast with coffee/milk, juice, sandwich; a full meal and an evening snack). Laundry service is additionally available.

Monthly rent = US$550
If you want only room and some utilities (electricity, water, WiFi, cableTV and access to laundry room) = US$ 400
