Apartment to sublet in Islington, London for 10 weeks over the European summer
We are a couple who currently live in a 1 bed flat in Islington, London, less than 10 minutes walk from the Angel tube. We are going travelling for 10 weeks over the summer, and are looking to sub-let our flat over this time (late June to September). Our rent is £1300 per month, not including bills (which we estimate to be at around £200 per month). We will also be asking for a bond payment. We want to sublet the flat to one tenant only, long-term, rather than splitting up the time between different tenants. The flat is on a lovely quiet street in Islington, close to Upper Street with loads of shops, cafes and restaurants, and close to the tube and bus stations.
