Seeking rental or care taking in Albuquerque, NM

Hi. My partner Jay and I are looking for a place to live in Albuquerque (or Placitas/East Mountains area) from September - June (or longer) while I am attending school. We have owned and restored our own antique cape home in the foothills of the Berkshires for 13 years and are responsible, non-smokers, and pet/child free. Jay is a carpenter/furniture builder and I worked in publishing for 14 years as an art director and designer. We can provide personal references. Ideally looking for a place in a safe/quiet neighborhood (North Valley?) or a short drive out of the the city in the $500-$675 range, or a caretaking position. Thank you!
