The apartment is bright and well-furnished with a separate sleeping loft with a queen-sized bed; plus there is a sofa-bed in the main space, should you need to host guests. The best part of the apartment is the spacious balcony, complete with barbecue grill and a vegetable- and herb-garden, overlooking other backyard gardens. I can send photos to interested parties. The exact dates of the sublet are flexible on the June/July end, but please write to me ONLY if you can take the sublet for at least all of July OR all of August. Preference will be given to those who will take it for the entire two months.
